Formed 6th October 2009 to campaign for the resurfacing of the concrete section of the A19 trunk road at Billingham
The concrete section is approximately 4.2km long.
The main area of concern is, the section from the start of the concrete in the south, to Wynyard Road bridge, approximately 2km in length.
The prevailing wind is from the south west, increasing the noise nuisance from the A19 onto Wolviston Court Estate.
